Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer free mainland delivery across the United Kingdom. We cannot deliver to neighbouring islands, but we can deliver to a port on our end if needed.

We do not use a third party delivery company, we deliver our own products.

Handling time is usually 3-5 business days, but delivery can be much sooner depending on delivery routes for that week. During busy periods such as summertime, these timescales may increase but not by too much.
On the day of delivery the driver will give you a call before arriving, so you can discuss any delivery instructions.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do offer a return on products if they are in the correct condition as shipped to yourself, you can either return them via courier for a refund once received & inspected, or we can collect for a fee of £10 per board, which covers fuel & storage costs.

We cannot replace/accept returns for boards that have been cut by yourself.
